Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or rescheduling, depending on clinic availability.

6.3 Deposits

6.4 Refunds

Refunds for completed treatments are not offered. If you are dissatisfied with your treatment outcome, please contact us within 7 days so we can discuss the matter and, where clinically appropriate, offer a review appointment.

Some of our treatments may be eligible for insurance coverage depending on your insurer and policy. It is your responsibility to confirm coverage with your insurance provider before your appointment. We are not responsible for any claims rejected by your insurer.
