Welcome to Fillr - Ageless Skin. By accessing our website, booking appointments,
or undergoing treatments with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the
following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointment Policy

  • All appointments require confirmation via phone, email, or online booking.
  • A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments or treatment packages.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the booking deposit.
  • We reserve the right to refuse future bookings for repeated late cancellations or no-shows.

3. Treatment Eligibility

  • All clients must undergo a consultation before treatment.
  • Treatment suitability is determined by our qualified professionals.
  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed medically unsafe or unsuitable.
